EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique is based on harnessing the power of Qi using Acupressure points in the body. It is a tapping method on specific acupressure points to help reduce anxiety, stress, and PTSD. Anyone can use this during these difficult times to reduce heightened emotions.
Studies have shown EFT being used effectively to treat war veterans with PTSD. Compared to standard care, the study has shown a significant reduction in stress scores. I want to share how we can use EFT to reduce excessive worry, fear, sleeping problems, and difficulty in concentration during this time.
